Workday R2R Consultant focuses on leading implementations and ongoing enhancements of workday r2r modules, including general ledger, consolidation, and reporting.

What the role involves

• Leading implementations and ongoing enhancements of Workday R2R modules, including General Ledger, Consolidation, and Reporting.
• Maintain R2R-related functionality in line with accounting and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Finance and Audit teams to optimise financial close processes and reporting workflows.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and outputs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve R2R processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Workday Financials within the Record to Report domain.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience with Workday Financials, specifically within General Ledger, Consolidation, and Reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience in financial close processes and reporting cycle optimisation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Confirmed role details

• Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site in London.
• Day Rate: Up to £850 p/d Inside IR35.
• Manage and optimise the Record to Report workstream within a global Workday Financials environment.
• Focus on delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient financial reporting processes through Workday's R2R capabilities.
