What the role involves

• Be working with multi-disciplinary teams across gtd healthcare to ensure the effective planning and scheduling of staff meets the operational requirements.
• We are keen to develop.
• Update Rotamaster to provide the best cover according to the needs of the service and to attain the optimum use of the resources available.
• Ensure these are captured within the system.
• Provide overall resource view and make recommendations for service delivery.

Confirmed role details

• Arrange shift cover for own portfolio, allocating staff annual leave according to policy and agreed parameters.
