Works Planner
Works Planner focuses on ability to work well in a team and liaise with both operatives and management.
What the role involves
- Ability to work well in a team and liaise with both operatives and management.
- Coordinate a computerised diary for plumbing and drainage Operatives.
- Update daily the WIP Report for Clients.
- Ensure all jobs that require VOs and SOR codes are input correctly.
- Liaise with Operatives to book in follow-on works, extra time or order parts.
- Communicate with management daily to report progress and updates.
Skills and requirements
- £30,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience.
- Excel skills are an advantage, but not essential.
- Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
- Comply with allocating the required number of jobs per day.
Confirmed role details
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Additional role context
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Our client is looking for two dedicated Repairs Planners to join their team at their office in Chesham.
- Administer Work Orders on the Work Management System.
