What the role involves
- We specialise in optimising asset performance, including motors, gear boxes, pumps, machining induction, condition monitoring and fabrication services.
- Perform conventional machining operations such as turning, milling and drilling using various lathes, CNC machines and conventional machines to manufacture.
- Repair mechanical assemblies.
- Record all data necessary to produce and expected service and/or design results including sizes and illustrations.
- Perform metal spraying techniques as needed.
- Understand materials and applications as required.
Skills and requirements
- High school qualifications.
- Engineering apprentice.
- On the job training.
Candidate fit
- Technical judgement, safe working habits, careful diagnostics, and practical problem-solving.
