Yard and Goods In assistant focuses on maintain the general upkeep of the yard, checking equipment on the premises and loading/unloading of vehicles.

What the role involves

• Maintain the general upkeep of the yard, checking equipment on the premises and loading/unloading of vehicles.
• Report any damages, fuel lever and hours used to the hire desk.
• Dealing with the loading and off-loading of vehicles and checking that deliveries have the correct to paperwork. **What we are looking for.

Skills and requirements

• Preferably clean Licence.
• Forklift experience.
• Good customer service skills when dealing with customers and colleagues.
• Unload or load a customer machine at any time.

• Check over off hired equipment on their return.
• There will be a lot of outside working in the company's yard and will be physical at times.
