Year 1 Teacher focuses on the staff at the school work together to provide a secure foundation based on values, nurture and challenge so that children are well prepared for the next part of their journey.

• Supporting and advice during the clearance and onboarding process.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• A 2 form entry Primary School in the BS20 area of Bristol is looking for a Year 1 Teacher from September on a fixed term contract.
• This role is a part-time position working Monday to Wednesday.
• Permanent job roles.

• Have prior experience working in EYFS or KS1.
• Put children’s well-being at the heart of your delivery.

Additional role context

• Be expected to take on full teaching responsibilities, planning with another teacher and using marking to assess children’s development throughout your time at the school.
