Year 2 Teacher focuses on develop the confidence, independence, and skills needed to succeed in the next stage of their education.

What the role involves

• Develop the confidence, independence, and skills needed to succeed in the next stage of their education.
• Deliver high-quality lessons across all subjects, using engaging and creative approaches to support learning.
• Ensure that each pupil receives the guidance and encouragement they need to thrive, and you will work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to provide a nurturi.
• Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Provide a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Supporting pupils’ personal, social, and academic development.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
