Learning support involved

Teaching lessons across all primary subjects in line with the school’s schemes of work, ensuring lessons are engaging, well-structured and appropriately differentiated, including prep. Work closely with parallel teachers to plan the curriculum, medium-term plans and daily lessons. Ensure safeguarding and health and safety requirements are met.

Education skills and requirements

  • Qualified teacher (PGCE, QTS or equivalent) with a strong academic background.
  • Experience supporting pupil wellbeing and pastoral care, with a clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
  • Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
