Year 3 Teacher focuses on as a year 3 teacher, you will plan.

What the role involves

• As a Year 3 Teacher, you will plan.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, Key Stage 2 colleagues, and senior leaders to ensure high standards are maintained across the year group.
• Deliver high-quality lessons across the Year 3 curriculum.
• Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND and EAL learners.
• Promote positive behaviour, independence, and resilience.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

Candidate fit

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
