- Deliver, and assess high-quality lessons across the Year 5 curriculum.
- Create a structured, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Monitoring progress and use assessment data to inform planning and interventions.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND and EAL.
- Promote positive behaviour, independence, and a love of learning.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
Candidate fit
- We are seeking a motivated, confident, and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming and high-performing primary school in Epping, starting as soon as possible.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching Upper Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5.
