Young Leaders Developer

This Young Leaders Developer role is focused on supporting young people to co‑create, develop and deliver public‑facing creative projects in response to the artistic programme. It would suit someone who can bring ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, administration and communication across youth talent and leadership programmes to the role.

Why this role may suit you

First interviews will be online in early June, followed by an in person second stage on 11 June. Managing creative projects from concept to delivery, including timelines, budgets and cross‑departmental coordination.

What you would be doing

Supporting young people to co‑create, develop and deliver public‑facing creative projects in response to the artistic programme. In developing youth voice and co‑creation methodologies, enabling young people to shape their own creative work. We welcome candidates who will support and advocate the RSC's environmental objectives continuing to improve our sustainability work and actions both on and off stage.

What you need

• Project management experience, including scheduling, budget management and delivery oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience of professional correspondence and inbox management.

• This is a full‑time, permanent position based in Stratford‑upon‑Avon, with some flexibility for hybrid working.
• Work model: Hybrid.
