Care and support involved
Supporting a caseload of Young People and Young Adults. Delivering interventions both face to face and via telephone and video technology where appropriate. Supporting people with care, daily routines, clinical tasks, or wellbeing according to the role remit.

- Support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.
- Driving licence.
Practical information
- 25 days’ paid holiday a year + Bank Holidays, increasing with each year of service up to 27 days + Bank Holidays.
