As a Youth Education Recruitment and Admissions Manager, the work centres on building personalised lead-nurturing journeys through webinars, live chats and tailored communications to guide students from enquiry to enrolment. How support shows up
Build personalised lead-nurturing journeys through webinars, live chats and tailored communications to guide students from enquiry to enrolment. Monitoring KPIs (applications, conversion, yield, engagement) and use insights to continuously refine strategies. Work with communications teams to design segmented campaigns (email, social, digital advertising) that resonate with diverse audiences.
What needs to be in place
- Partner with academic leads, University admissions and external stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience that aligns with Oxfords policies and values.
- Have proven success in marketing, admissions or recruitment, ideally within education or youth programming, with experience in the UK or international school sector considered a st.
Job details
- Generous holiday allowance of 38 days including bank holidays.
- Grade 8: £49, - £58, per annum including the Oxford University Weighting of £1, per annum.
- Membership of the Oxford staff pension scheme.
