What the role involves
- Would you like to work with young people who need additional support with their social, emotional mental health?
- As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working in classes of 4-6 pupils with a staff to student ratio of 1:1.
Skills and requirements
- Invaluable experience to be gained.
- 9-4 or equivalent plus prior experience with SEN children– for example tutoring, coaching, mentoring, childcare, assisting in a nursery, or similar experience within a classroom.
Confirmed role details
- £90 - £100 per day, including holiday pay, depending on experience.
Candidate fit
- Confident to converse with parents, students and members of the public.
- Resilient and confident to work with challenging behaviour.
