This Youth Support Officer opportunity is built around the individual will lead in the delivery of support services for young people aged 7-10 with CHD as well leading our siblings programme. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, discretion, and organised people-process support to the role.

The individual will lead in the delivery of support services for young people aged 7-10 with CHD as well leading our siblings programme. This post also involves organising and delivering regional events and outreach services for young people living with congenital heart disease.

Job details
- Belfast (hybrid working available in line with business needs).
- 37.5 hours per week – will include occasional evening and weekend work.
- Reports to: Family and Youth Services Manager.
