Support Worker focuses on support people with care, daily routines, clinical tasks, or wellbeing according to the role remit.

What the role involves

• Support people with care, daily routines, clinical tasks, or wellbeing according to the role remit.
• Follow safeguarding, medication, documentation, or care-plan requirements where they apply.

Skills and requirements

• Ideally within a school, nursery, childcare, youth work, play or care setting within the last 2 years.
• Have previous experience of working with children or young people.
• We must be able to obtain valid references from these roles.
• Hold, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service.

Confirmed role details

• Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
• We are currently seeking additional Youth Support Workers for work within our partner Specialist provisions.
• Work within group and 1:1 setting with a range of ages and levels of learning.
• We are continually seeking quality caring staff members, who with additional experience and training may eventually become Full Time or even supply support staff members.
