Youth Worker (Residential Children’s Home)

As a Youth Worker, the work centres on supporting engagement in activities that promote wellbeing, confidence and independence. It would suit someone who can bring work closely alongside the home's adults and wider team to ensure consistency, stability and emotional safety for the young person, while maintaining professional boundaries and sa to the role.

Where the work sits

15 hours per week (3 hours per day). 3 hours per day, after school.

Supporting engagement in activities that promote wellbeing, confidence and independence. Supporting the young person to make safe and constructive choices. Work collaboratively with the home's adults to ensure a consistent approach.
