This HR Advisory Manager role is focused on leading a team of HR Advisors delivering advice & guidance services at levels 1 & 2 (people, operations, quality, SLAs) and own the triage and escalation of complex queries and sup. It would suit someone who can bring confident running triage, setting SLAs, and ensuring quality and escalation discipline to the role.
