Confirmed role details

• Byron House Care Home, 141-143 Wendover Road, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP21 9LP.
• £13.00 to £15.00 p/h depending on experience.
• 40 hours per week.
• 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (flexibility required for on call service).

Candidate fit

• technical judgement, safe working habits, fault finding, and practical repair discipline

Additional role context

• Ensure that all mechanical and non-mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment on the premises is maintained and in safe.
• Check the maintenance books on all floors daily and action immediately.
• Check fire alarm systems weekly, ensuring all information is recorded.
