This Maintenance Technician role is focused on collaborating with all staff to maintain the safety and security of all who reside, visit, or work in the facility. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

The Maintenance Technician assists with a variety of maintenance, repair and cleaning activities (internal and external) to contribute to a clean, safe, and operative physical envi. Work experience in construction or plant maintenance, preferred.

Where the technical work sits

• Collaborating with all staff to maintain the safety and security of all who reside, visit, or work in the facility.
• Cleaning duties as assigned, to include but not limited to; snow removal and removal of debris on the grounds.
• Contributing to the effective operations of the department by demonstrating dependability.

Technical requirements

• Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday work schedule, 9:00am-5:00pm.
• Trade School or High School graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
