- Ensures that all plant and equipment Onsite is repaired and serviced to recognised standards and as identified within the preventative maintenance schedule ensuring the minimum do.
- Organise own maintenance and required equipment to ensure that operation and maintenance of machinery is completed safely, in the shortest possible time within the time scale deman.
- Monitor workflow, be aware of potential problems and take immediate corrective action through own action or by referral upwards.
- Effective liaison with Depot and Operations Managers, Section Leaders and Control Room to resolve difficulties and enquiries.
Candidate fit
- Motivated, organised, hold a City and Guilds Electrical/Mechanical engineering qualification and have the following skills.
- Knowledge of 16th or17th Edition electrical regulations.
- Proven electrical/mechanical maintenance background.
