• A new opportunity has become available for a Self-Employed Property Maintenance Technician to assist us with our on-going business and upcoming projects.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant trade qualifications, NVQ Level 2 & 3 or equivalent in your chosen trade.
• Proven experience within social housing.
• Qualified electrical experience (C&G 2391, “17th Edition”).
• Gas safe registered.

Candidate fit

• Technical judgement, safe working habits, fault finding, and practical repair discipline.
