  • Relevant trade qualifications, NVQ Level 2 & 3 or equivalent in your chosen trade.
  • Proven experience within social housing.
  • Qualified electrical experience (C&G 2391, “17th Edition”).
  • Gas safe registered.

  • Technical judgement, safe working habits, fault finding, and practical repair discipline.
