• Conduct Building Regulation plan assessments and site inspections up to Class 2F.
• Assess residential and commercial developments for compliance.
• Investigate dangerous structures and demolition notifications.
• Managing enforcement and unauthorised building work cases.
• Liaise with architects, contractors, developers, and stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate inspection records and reports.

Confirmed role details

• We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Walsall to assist with the appointment of a Registered Building Inspector, on a 6-month contract, highly likely to be extended.
• £25.05 - £31.79 per hour.
• We're recruiting for an experienced Registered Building Inspector Class 2F to join Walsall Council's Building Control team on a 6-month contract.
