Security Systems Site Engineer

This Project Manager opportunity is built around managing sub contractors & assisting with their site attendance to carry out reactive and PPM works on 3 rd party equipment. It would suit someone who can bring strong leadership and operational judgement to the role.

How the role is set up

Comfortable working irregular hours and being on a 24/7 call rota. Attend to reactive fault calls as directed by the team co-ordinators and manager, with rectification of the fault on first visit being a critical KPI.

Where someone would start

Managing sub contractors & assisting with their site attendance to carry out reactive and PPM works on 3 rd party equipment. Carry out rolling programme of preventative maintenance as scheduled by the team co-ordinators and manager. Carry out additional installation and commissioning works as directed by team co-ordinators and managers.

What is expected

• A minimum of 5 years experience installing or servicing a wide product base within the electronic security industry – typically Access Control, CCTV and Intruder alarm systems.
• 5 year checkable employment history & Right to work in UK/EU unrestricted.
• Knowledge of basic electrical principals such as measuring voltage, resistance and current.
