Senior Maintenance Technician

This Senior Maintenance Technician role is focused on delivering planned preventative, reactive, and breakdown maintenance on plant, services, and equipment. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Engineering work involved

Delivering planned preventative, reactive, and breakdown maintenance on plant, services, and equipment. Carry out inspections, testing, fault-finding, repairs, and component replacements. Ensure compliance with statutory and Trust policies while maintaining high-quality, cost-effective service.

Technical skills and requirements

• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled maintenance within a healthcare or similar environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
