Candidate fit

• Checking accuracy Onsite, understanding tolerances, and ensuring construction works meet specification.
• Identifying additional works, supporting commercial processes, and understanding contract obligations.
• Interpreting technical drawings, coordinating construction information, and raising RFIs where clarification is needed.

Additional role context

• Competent with digital tools such as AutoCAD/BricsCAD, Word, Excel, and document control systems.
